Drimi Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 September 2026

Drimi helps parents and caregivers record and share a baby’s care. This policy explains what information the app handles, the services it uses, and your privacy choices.

Who operates Drimi

Drimi is operated by CODINGLANDS S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company, company identifier (CUI) 47457859, registered with the Trade Register under J2023000136225.

Registered office: Strada Stejar nr. 21, camera 1, bloc A2, scara B, etaj 7, apartament 31, Iași, Iași County, 700327, Romania.

Care information you enter

Records can include a baby’s name, birth or expected-arrival date, optional photo, feeding and pumping information, sleep, diaper changes, medicines, weight, and notes. Some of this information may reveal health-related details. Only enter information you are entitled to record and share, including information about a child for whom you have the necessary parental or caregiver authority.

The app stores care records on your device. When iCloud synchronization is available, Drimi uses Apple CloudKit to synchronize records through your Apple Account. Care records are not uploaded to a separate Codinglands-operated care-record server.

If you invite another caregiver, that person can access the baby’s shared records through Apple’s sharing system. Consider who has access before adding personal information to shared records. You can manage sharing through the app’s Apple sharing controls. Removing someone’s access cannot erase information they have independently copied or saved.

A paired Apple Watch can receive care information and send logging actions to the iPhone. Live Activities can display care information on system surfaces such as the Lock Screen. Use your device settings to control access to those surfaces.

Drimi’s sleep estimates are calculated on your device. Care records are not sent to a remote AI service for these estimates.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. Drimi uses RevenueCat to validate and restore purchases and determine subscription or lifetime-access status. This involves transaction and product information, purchase status, an automatically generated RevenueCat customer identifier, and technical information needed to provide that service.

Drimi does not use a baby’s identifier or your CloudKit identifier as a RevenueCat customer identifier. The integration does not send baby names, photos, or care notes to RevenueCat. RevenueCat may also receive purchase events directly from Apple, including renewals and refunds.

Apple handles payment-card entry through its purchase interface. See Apple’s privacy policy and RevenueCat’s data processing terms for information about those services.

Diagnostics and feedback

Drimi uses Sentry for crash reports, performance diagnostics, and feedback you choose to submit. Technical reports may include device and operating-system information, app version, diagnostic session identifiers, app-action categories, performance samples, and error details. Some diagnostic events include care-event categories, timer states, and session-specific hashed record identifiers to help investigate reliability problems.

The app disables automatic screenshots, view-hierarchy attachments, session replay, network breadcrumbs, and default personally identifying fields in Sentry. The feedback form does not request your name or email address and does not attach screenshots. These settings do not mean that technical diagnostic data is anonymous.

Text you enter in feedback is sent to Sentry. Do not include sensitive family or health information in feedback. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send.

Sentry’s data processing terms describe its handling of service data. Its general website privacy policy does not govern diagnostic data submitted by Drimi.

How we use information

Care information is used to provide the logging, history, sharing, and local estimates you choose to use. Purchase information is used to provide paid features, restore access, and handle purchase status. Diagnostics help us investigate faults and improve reliability. Feedback and correspondence are used to respond to your requests.

For service administration and purchase processing, our legal basis under applicable European data protection law is performing our agreement with you. For technical diagnostics and responding to general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable app and supporting its users, subject to your rights and applicable law. We may also process information when necessary to meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim.

Care information may be sensitive. Its storage on your device, synchronization through Apple, and sharing with caregivers are described above. This policy does not turn your use of the app into explicit consent to unrelated processing of health information.

Service providers and international processing

Apple provides iCloud, CloudKit sharing, and App Store services. RevenueCat supports purchases, and Sentry supports diagnostics and feedback. Information is shared with these services for the purposes described in this policy and with caregivers you invite. We may disclose information we hold when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

These providers operate internationally, so information they process may be handled outside Romania or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their published privacy and data processing terms describe their international processing arrangements. RevenueCat’s and Sentry’s published data processing terms include provisions for European Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Contact us for further information about the arrangements relevant to your request.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the kind of information and why it is needed:

You can edit and delete individual care records in Drimi and manage caregiver sharing through the app’s Apple sharing controls. For assistance with information held by us or our processors, contact stefan@codinglands.com.

Removing Drimi from a device does not by itself cancel a subscription or establish that synchronized copies, provider records, or backups have been removed. Manage subscription cancellation through your App Store account.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, object to processing of, or receive a portable copy of personal information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

To make a request, email stefan@codinglands.com and describe what you want to access or change. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and your authority to act for a child. Do not send your Apple Account password or payment-card details. Requests involving records stored on your devices or in your iCloud account may require action by you through the app or Apple’s controls.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Children

Drimi is intended for adults recording care information about children. It is not intended for children to create accounts or submit their own information. If you believe information about a child has been handled without appropriate authority, contact us using the details above.
